Those skills needed buffs, but you just can't buff a skill enough to get it to compete with his basic attacks. Well, two of his skills noone ever used got buffed, and the pull + mark is now a great thing, but the problem is that he does so much damage that there's rarely much point to using his other skills. (Obv, having the Crusader help with stress management had something to do with his old balancing, but now you can do that. Not that you have to play him with anyone, as long as you didn't want to bring Vestals everywhere he was always silly.
Now he's still got the kit, but he can play with the Vestal. His balancing used to be "Can't be on the same team as the Vestal", which was considered to be a huge downside so the rest of his kit was silly good. Does things other people do, with barely any downsides to it and there's many cases where you can just replace whoever you were going to put in pos 1, 2 or 3 with ♥♥♥ and be stronger for it. Give her some acc trinkets, and possibly speed, you can take her anywhere, she always does her thing and brings a stun and damage to the mix, while being stronger healer than anyone else.Ībomination is closest among the rest of them you can get to "silly good". It playes a lot more like what it was supposed to play from the get go. Well, since the stun nerfs (and several other fixes and additions) the game is much less about who's good everywhere and more about who does what.
